We start with a strategy session to map your target, then move through the four stages of the Summit Method together: positioning, applying, interviewing, and closing. You always know the next step.

Most clients sign an offer within about 60 days, though it depends on your target and timeline. We keep working together until you land, there is no fixed end date.
